I’ve gone back and forth on selling this for a while. I have a complete love hate relationship with this car. I’ve decided its officially time for it to go as an opportunity of great interest to me has presented itself, assuming I can sell this, finish the fiat and both bikes and have all 3 of those gone by July, plus a number of other things that equate to the stars aligning, but it’s worth a shot in my book so....

!!! UNKNOWN CONTENT TYPE !!!

If you know anyone looking for a well sorted low mileage 360 that’s a good candidate for a driver, help me out.

My dad was looking wistfully at used Ferarri’s for a while. I’ll pass this along.

Why is the 360 on average cheaper right now than the average list price of an F355?

thats the cycle of F cars. They depreciate for roughly 20 years or so, several fall off due to lack of maintenance or accidents, fewer low mileage well kept cars exist, they depreciate a bit more, to the point that they are now affordable to the generation they grew up with, people begin to buy them becasue of the nostalgia and affordability, then the prices start going back up, and then somewhere around the 30 to 35 year range they even out to an acceptable price range.

Actually I keep going back to lusting over my Triumphs. I’ve loved Triumphs since I was a kid, and my 2nd bike was a Triumph. I’ve been thinking Thruxton.

Sounds about right.

Upon closer examination, most 360s are fetching slightly more than the 355...

“ Why buy a 1969 Porsche 911 with no engine missing half of the body from rust when you can get a Ferrari 360 Modena for the same price?"

But for real, I was walking home from class last fall and a bright red 360 with what had to be straight pipes roared by. It was amazing.

PS I hope my eventual engineering salary can support a garage half as badass as yours.

Is the ‘stars aligning’ moving into newer used exotic territory, a la MP412C or 911 tttturbo? In a proper 3 car garage I believe there is room for a DD, reliable sports car and low annual mileage whatever car. Best place the Ferrari in that last category.

mmmm.....

not immediately, but down the line, yes, and the goal is a 4 car garage attached to the house with a 5000 sq ft storage “barn” out back...
